EarnIn Academic Research

To support adoption and shift public and regulatory perception around Earned Wage Access (EWA), I  developed a research-led content ecosystem designed to move the conversation from skepticism to credibility, anchored in data, third-party validation, and accessible storytelling.

I identified and partnered with a behavioral economist in the university setting, launching a series of flagship white papers. Together, these reports demonstrated that EWA is not just a convenience, but a meaningful financial tool- shown to increase worker income, reduce reliance on high-cost credit, and improve overall financial stability.

To extend the reach and impact of this research, I translated complex findings into a multi-channel content strategy. This included a blog series, and a YouTube explainer. I amplified these insights through earned media placements in top-tier outlets like Forbes and American Banker, reinforcing credibility and positioning EarnIn as a category leader shaping the future of pay. This coordinated approach ensured the research didn’t live in isolation, but instead fueled a sustained narrative across press, owned content, and video.

The result was a cohesive thought leadership platform that reframed Earned Wage Access from a fringe financial product into a proven driver of income growth and financial stability—backed by data, validated by experts, and brought to life through strategic storytelling.
